Strategy

Synthesis grounded in curated management research — McKinsey & Company / McKinsey Global Institute, Gartner, Deloitte Insights, Harvard Business Review, and PwC — across four domains: IT / Enterprise Architecture, finance transformation, AI / GenAI adoption, and corporate strategy.

Each published piece states its Issue → Applicable Research → Analysis → Citations → Practical Implications, cites every substantive claim back to a named source as [Publisher — Title, Year], and labels original reasoning as [Advisor Synthesis] so sourced findings and inference stay distinguishable.

What is published here: original synthesis and method — a reading across the research, with the underlying reports cited. What is not: verbatim reproductions of the source reports. Those are third-party, often paywalled, and remain the property of their publishers; this section points to them, it does not republish them.

These assessments are produced by the same retrieval-augmented pipeline that grounds the rest of this site: the source reports are ingested into a private vector corpus, and a senior-advisor synthesis is drafted from retrieval — claims are grounded in the retrieved passages, not improvised. The raw third-party reports are held privately (copyright); only the synthesis is published. Pieces are reviewed before publishing.
